O Partido Democrático Trabalhista (PDT) vai reunir prefeitos, vice-prefeitos e vereadores eleitos este ano para discutir a união e o fortalecimento da agremiação. O principal objetivo do encontro é garantir que o desempenho de legisladores e executivos siga os preceitos estabelecidos pelo trabalhismo. “Vamos fazer o dever de casa: avaliar o processo eleitoral e estabelecer as linhas de atuação de acordo com o conteúdo programático”, disse o presidente estadual do PDT, o ex-governador Ronaldo Lessa. A reunião será na Chácara Arara Azul na manhã de quinta-feira, dia 11, e terá, também, a participação de todos os presidentes dos diretórios municipais alagoanos.

Executiva Nacional do PDT reunida nesta segunda-feira, 1º de dezembro, no Hotel Nacional, em Brasília, fez um balanço positivo das eleições municipais de 2008 e discutiu propostas com o objetivo de traçar estratégias para o pleito de 2010.
Ao dar início à reunião, o presidente nacional do partido e líder da bancada na Câmara dos Deputados, Vieira da Cunha(RS), saudou toda a militância e candidatos da legenda pela atuação nas eleições. “Parabenizo a todos do PDT que concorreram nessas eleições que tenham ou não obtido sucesso. É participando ativamente do processo eleitoral que fortalecemos o regime democrático”, disse Vieira.
